5th Week of 2024 is the period from Monday 29th January, 2024 to Sunday 4th February, 2024. A few projects were released ranging from the unanticipated Amapiano project from Busta 929, Dj Father, maskandi projects from Menzi and lots more.

TOP NEW ALBUMS & EP’s OF THE WEEK:

1. Busta 929 – Love Potion Album: Renowned South African piano music maker, Busta 929 released a new ten track project which is named “Love Potion”. Busta 929 took most of his fans unawares when the project was released with elaborate promotion by the piano artist. Love Potion album was released officially on the 1st of February, 2024.

The piano package housed a total of ten songs with features from the likes of Lolo SA, BON, Bello, Blackchild, Nation-365, Reeh Musiq and Mashudu.

2. DJ Father – COLOURED KING CHAPTER 3 Album: SA Hit maker, DJ Father released a new Dance Music music project titled “COLOURED KING CHAPTER 3: REIGN”. The project was officially released on the 2nd of February, 2024.

It houses a total of twenty one tracks featuring Djy Zan SA, Nandipha808, Rivalz, TNK MusiQ, SKiDiM, ZOL, others.

3. Menzi – Mabethi Ngale EP: Renowned South African  music artiste, Menzi released a new fascinating maskandi project which is titled “Mabethi Ngale”. It houses a total of six songs with no featured artists.

4. BigStar Johnson – Ceaser Album: Gifted Musical artist, BigStar Johnson released a brand new Hip Hop music project titled “Ceaser”. It houses thirteen songs and featured the likes of Em-One, Bafo On Decks, Yanga Chief, Loki, Sizwe Alakine, Caask Asid, Stino le Twenny, Rouge, Oscar Mbo, Oscar Mbongeni Ndlovu, Touchline, others.

5. Ladi Adiosoul – Deep Side Of Me EP: Ladi Adiosoul delivered a new Afro House music project which is titled “Deep Side Of Me”. It contains six tracks with features from the likes of YBE, Manqele, Brian Moshesh, Vhuwi, Decency, Blue Baba, Banele Bucks, Mylito, Hloni, others.
