3rd Week of 2024 is the period from Monday 15th January, 2024 to Sunday 21st January, 2024. A few projects were released ranging from the highly anticipated Hip Hop extended play from Jay Jody, hot joint Amapiano projects from Major League Djz & Victony and lots more.

TOP NEW ALBUMS & EP’s OF THE WEEK:

1. Jay Jody – Release Form EP: SA Hip hop music artist, Jay Jody released a brand new Rap music project which he titled “Release Form”. The project is his first project for the year 2024, it was officially released on the 19th January, 2024.

The mini music project contains a total of seven songs and got collaborations from the likes of A-Reece, Ginger Trill, Blaklez, Nyota Parker, others.

2. Major League Djz – Margaret EP: Major League Djz and Victony collaborated in producing this mini Amapiano music project which they titled “Margaret”.

The Amapiano extended play housed only four tracks and got collaborations from the likes of Mas Musiq, Aymos, Thakzin, Morda, Tyler ICU, D3an and Smeez.

3. Locco Musiq – Undisputed EP: South African music artiste, popularly known as Locco Musiq produced a new Amapiano music project titled “Undisputed”. It houses a total of eight songs with collaborations from the likes of Agzo, Mender_ZA, NerdFND, Trouis, N & F Lectures, Boske Tee, El Fizo, Shane907, Kota Natives, Kapman, Stapura, Star RSA, Stillow and Lungstar.

4. Killorbeezbeatz – Music is Anything EP: Talented South African based piano music maker, Killorbeezbeatz released a new mini Amapiano project titled “Music is Anything”. The piano package contains four tracks with no guest artist.

5. Darque – Yonke EP: SA music artists, Darque and Thandi Draai released a new joint Afro House mini project titled “Yonke”. The two track house package has no guest artist.
