The first song on the mini project is called “I.C.U.” (Intensive Care Unit). There are four tracks in all. The unit in the song’s title refers to a hospital where patients in serious condition are brought in for quick care. As part of this initiative, Mqansa is attempting to provide an explanation for his health. He recently stated on Facebook, “I’m burning her alone,” indicating that his health is urgent.
The project’s second single, “Ingoma Emnandi,” was produced by Mqansa in partnership with Mthandeni SK, one of the top musicians in the maskandi music scene. The song, whose title translates to “pleasant music,” highlights both Mqansa’s skill and Mthandeni SK’s proficiency with the style.
“Mamezala” and “Siyovota Thina” are the titles of the project’s third and fourth tracks, respectively. “Siyovota Thina” is a song that urges people to cast ballots in the impending elections, whereas “Mamezala” is a traditional Maskandi song about a man looking for guidance on finding a bride.
The project’s modern look and appeal have been further enhanced by the incorporation of Igcokama Elisha. In addition to being warmly welcomed, the project quickly gained popularity among fans of maskandi music, with many listening to it repeatedly.
