2023 BET Hip-Hop Awards Nomination

AKA and K.O are nominated in the Best International Flow category. This nomination serves as AKA’s fifth nomination at the BET Hip-Hop awards and K. O’s second BET Award nomination.

BET has revealed the list of nominees for the 18th annual BET Hip-Hop Awards which, among the biggest names in Hip-Hop such as Drake, DJ Khaled, Jay-Z etc. include South African Hip-Hop giants, AKA and K.O, as well as Nigerian superstar, Burna Boy.

The International Flow category celebrates Hip-Hop artists from outside the USA. The two South African rappers are nominated along Ghana’s Black Sherif, Zambia’s Sampa The Great and the UK’s J Hus and a few others.

Burna Boy is positioned amongst the top five artists with the most nominations, bagging seven in total, namely;

• Best Music Video
• Best Collaboration
• Best Live Performer
• Lyricist Of The Year
• Song Of The Year
• Hip Hop Artist Of The Year
• Hustler Of The Year
