Zola Nombona Departs ‘Generations’ TV show: The Legacy have through their social media handle express their feelings about Zola Nombona’s departure from the SABC1 soapie as Pamela Khoza.

The actress who had been playing Pamela Khoza in Generations: The Legacy for a year announced her departure from the show on Monday, September 27.

Her departure was first announced in June by entertainment commentator Phil Mphela, who revealed that seasoned actress Zola Nombona, who joined Generations: The Legacy as Siyanda Khoza’s (Kay Sibiya) wife Pamela Khoza to play an investigative journalist in May 2021, had resigned.

On her Instagram account, the actress also reflected on her journey in Generations: The Legacy, which will premiere in October 2021.

“Generations: The Legacy What an adventure. I’ve been with the Generations family for over 6 months now, and it’s been a wonderful journey. “I’ve had multiple opportunities to join the team, but I guess the timing wasn’t right,” she wrote.

“I assumed I wasn’t a long-form actor because I get bored easily, but I quickly realized I didn’t have the stamina for it” (yep acting stamina is a real thing). I usually get to put my acting skills to the test in theatre productions, but that hasn’t happened in a while, so beku rough. I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to appear on this show.”

Her exit was emotional, and her fans expressed their condolences on Twitter. The Generation Facebook account said goodbye to her in a post.
